Hot 50 Chart: Did James Johnston hold first place for another week?

James Johnston’ Small Town remains at #1 for the second consecutive week on the Countrytown Hot 50 Country Airplay Chart, ahead of Taylor Moss.

Taylor MossGet It Girl remains in second, ahead of Chris Stapleton’s You Should Probably Leave (#3), I Bet You Think About Me (Taylor’s Version) by Taylor Swift featuring Chris Stapleton (#4), Buy Dirt by Jordan Davis and Luke Bryan (#5) and Luke CombsDoin This (#6).

Casey BarnesGod Took This Time On You jumps ahead ten spaces to hit #7. Single Saturday Night by Cole Swindell returns to the top ten, coming in at #8. Kids On Cassette by The Wolfe Brothers at #9, with Melanie Dyer’s Run Out Of Road at #10.

This Summer’s The One by Bryce Sainty makes moves. After its debut last week, it jumps a whopping twenty five spots into #19 – we premiered the music video here. Kickin’ A Rock by Blake O’Connor leaps a respectable nineteen spots into #26 after its debut last week also. Other songs gaining momentum include previous Songs of the Day, Circles Around This Town by Maren Morris (#27) and Good Beer by Seaforth and Jordan Davis (#29).

Roll On Baby by Brooke McClymont and Adam Eckersley debuts at #33. Other new entries include If You Don’t Want My Love by Vixens Of Fall (#38) – see here, Poor Boy by Jamie McDell featuring Tom Busby (#44), Hinterland’s Treating Me Good (#48) and Andy Golledge ’s Love Like This (#49).

Never Say Never by Cole Swindell and Lainey Wilson is the biggest re-entry this week, jumping back into the charts at #18 – we knew you’d love it! – check out the Song Of The Day write up here. Thomas Rhett’s Slow Down Summer also returns at a respectable #20. Other returning entries include Places In The Sun by Tex Perkins and The Fat Rubber Band (#42), Follow Me Down To The River by Tania Murray (#45) and Shane Nicholson’s Helena (#47).
