Where Do We Go by Darlinghurst - we love it, and clearly you do too! It’s our Song of the Day, and it’s an honour to premiere the music video

More Darlinghurst More Darlinghurst

Where Do We Go by Darlinghurst made a huge impact in its first week on the Countrytown Music Network Hot 50 chart, debuting at #12. We love it, and clearly you do too! It’s our Song of the Day, and, if that wasn’t enough, it’s an honour and pleasure to premiere the music video for you today.

Mixed by Grammy Award-winner Jack Joseph Puig, Where Do We Go sees member Matt Darvidis taking lead vocals for the very first time.

Matt says, “Where Do We Go evokes this sense of freedom and an appreciation of life and love, when you’re travelling in the same direction with the ones you hold close. The inspiration behind the song was the importance of being present and optimistic on what the future may bring. And it is just such a great song to sing."

Directed by Ian Ritter, the music video helps reinforce the message of the importance in taking a moment to escape from the frenetic, often confusing, fast paced, modern life we all lead these days.

Where Do We Go follows up from their #1 single, Gotta Go Rodeo, which managed to hold out Keith Urban and Pink from the top spot for two weeks on the Music Network Country Hot 50 charts. Gotta Go Rodeo brings their total to four Top 5 charting singles to date – include two #1s.

The four-piece band from Melbourne comprised of Pagan Newman, Cassie Leopold, Jason Resch and Matt was nominated for 'Best New Talent' at the 2020 Golden Guitar Awards. They’ve also been newly announced to perform at this year’s Savannah in the Round and at the 40th Gympie Music Muster, adding to their already impressive list of 2021 festival tour dates including Road to Roma, Country Rocks and the Deni Ute Muster.

Where Do We Go will feature on their forthcoming 11-track debut album.
