Can Luke Combs ever lose his crown? Casey Barnes certainly hopes so....

More Casey Barnes More Casey Barnes

Another big week in the Countrytown Hot 50 this week with Luke Combs retaining the crown with what has to be the song of the year, The Kind Of Love We Make. Casey Barnes is making a play though, jumping up a huge six places to land at #3 with Kiss Me Like You Mean It. He's also had a big week at the other end of the chart with Small Town making its debut at #40.

James Johnston and Kaylee Bell are still wedged in at #2 with Same Songs having another cracking week of airplay while former chart-topper Kane Brown's I Like Country Music is also taking another journey upwards cracking the top five again.

The big movers of the week are Cole Swindell, hitting the top ten with She Had Me At Heads Carolina while Jess Moskaluke's Knock Off only just missed out at the ten, landing at eleven. Brooke McClymont and Adam Eckerlsey, Adam Brand and Brad Cox all jump back into the top 20 while Felicity Urquhart & Josh Cunningham, Jade Gibson, Blake Shelton, Storer and The Buckleys all achieve new chart peaks with impressive moves up.

The biggest new entry for the week goes to US hitmaker Nate Smith as Whiskey On You enters at #32. Kaylee Bell's Small Town Friday Nights also takes a bow at #42 (behind Casey Barnes at #40.... a lot of small towns for a quiet neighbourhood) while Morgan Evans' Sing A Long Drink A Long also appears for the first time at #43.

Henry Wagons flies the flag for alt-country this week making his debut at #47 with (Don't Be) Down & Out.
