HARDY retains crown on Hot 50 airplay chart

American drinker and One Beer singer HARDY retains crown with another #1 spot on the Hot 50 airplay chart this week while The Chicks make a big 36 spot move to knock on the door of the top ten.

Catherine Britt also makes a charge this week with her new single I'm A Country Song breaking into the Top 10 at #6, climbing from #14 last week, Chris Stapleton also cracks the ten, while Hinterland claim their second top 20 single with 'Turbulence'. Countrytown faves Darlinghurst also crack the Top 5 as predicted with Gotta Go Rodeo, racking up a fourth smash hit.

It was a quiet week for new additions to the chart. Jetty Road make their first appearance at #32 with Soakin' Up The Sun while Andrew Swift debuts at #35 after premiere his new one Right On Down on CountryTown last week.
