Max Jackson Named Ambassador For The 2024 Tamworth Country Music Festival

Max Jackson, one of the next big stars in Australian country music – the 2022 Toyota Star Maker winner and 2023 Golden Guitar nominee – has been named an ambassador for next year’s 52nd Tamworth Country Music Festival.

“I am so proud to be announced as an ambassador for the Toyota Country Music Festival, Tamworth,” Jackson remarked in a press release. “As an Australian country music artist, the Tamworth Country Music Festival is what it’s all about.

“This spectacular ten-day event brings fans, artists and the industry together in a way that no other event does, and I am so excited to share this unique live music experience with everyone.”

Toyota Country Music Festival Manager Barry Harley added, “We know over recent years there has been a real shift in our audience, with a new generation of talent making waves in the industry.

“While the Festival continues to recognise and honour our nation’s country music greats and stars from across all the industry’s many subgenres, we know it’s important to champion and support emerging artists to ensure the longevity of our industry and event.

“We’re excited to welcome Max Jackson as an ambassador, whose talent and sound is a refreshing and contemporary approach to Australian country music.”

Previous Tamworth Country Music Festival ambassadors include Lee Kernaghan, Troy Cassar-Daley, Amber Lawrence, Adam Brand and many more – Max Jackson is in good company.

Jackson’s ambassador announcement follows her reaching some fantastic milestones, including signing with ABC Music last month. She also recently teamed up with Stephen White Management.

On signing with ABC Music, Jackson said, “I’m really proud to also have this new music coming from not just myself but an incredible team. Recently, I announced my signing with Stephen White Management.

“Now, along with Steve and Brogan, we are so proud to announce that we have also joined forces with ABC Music. This really completes a dream come true team for me, and I cannot wait for this next bunch of music I’ve been working on, kicking off here with [new single] Little More Country.”
