Paper Town by Central Coast-based rising artist, Ella Powell, is the perfect blend of country, pop and folk – and Countrytown has your first listen in this exclusive premiere!

Self-penned by the rising artist and produced by Matt Fell, Paper Town was born amidst the Sydney COVID lockdown. It explores universal themes of belonging and new beginnings, creating a sense of much needed comfort in the havoc of the current world climate.

Ella has already made an impressive mark in the Australian Music Industry at the tender age of seventeen. Creating a unique blend of country, pop and folk, fans of Jewel, Taylor Swift and Kelsea Ballerini will connect with Ella’s storytelling ability, honest lyrics and powerful vocals.

Her passion for country pop was cemented after winning ‘People's Choice Award’ out of over 400 artists at the prestigious Tamworth Country Music Festival in 2019. Ella has grown up on the stage and supported numerous artists as well as performing alongside some of the biggest names in the country music industry, including Adam Harvey at the Country Turns Pink Fundraiser.
