Cheeky Fan Gifts Lainey Wilson ‘Best Ass In Country Music’ Shirt

While supporting Luke Combs in Vancouver, Canada a couple of weeks ago, Lainey Wilson was gifted a custom-made t-shirt by a fan which read, ‘Best Ass In Country Music.’

She shared the image on her Instagram along with a series of her performing. The post drew over 200k likes and a number of comments. Miranda Lambert wrote, “Best Ass kicker in country music is what they meant to say,” while RaeLynn shared smiling emojis with heart eyes.

In December last year, a video of Wilson performing at a concert went viral across social media platforms. The singer can be seen wearing cheetah-print bell-bottom pants. Many could not help but notice her backside in the fitted pants.

"I can't even scroll on TikTok on my 'For You' page without seeing my fat butt on everything. It says hashtag-trend!" Wilson said in a video addressing the trend. "Whatever brings the people in, whatever brings the people in, but I’m just lettin’ y’all know, go check out my record Bell Bottom County. Happy to have you either way, however you found me, I’m happy. I’m happy you’re here.”

She added, “And y’all see what I did there with the bell “bottom” country, see what I did? We didn’t even plan that, but you know what, the Lord has a way of working things out.”

Additionally, she uploaded a photoshopped image of herself riding a dump truck (a popular slang term for a sizable derriere), along with a fake driver’s license that included her height, weight, hair colour, eye colour, and date of birth, among other details.

Recently, Wilson teamed up with Lauren Alaina on the song, Thicc As Thieves, co-written by Alaina with Rocky Block, Luke Bryan, Dallas Davidson, Jacob Durrett and Parker Welling. 

The song includes the cheeky lyrics: Country girl shake it for me girl / Oh my gosh, Lainey! Look at your butt. How'd you get those bell bottoms yanked up? / Shake it for me girl / Oh my Lord, Lauren! Look at that juicy peach. Did you have to jump in them britches?

This wasn’t the first time the female country stars have come together to poke fun at their “thicc” assets, however. In November 2022, Alaina posted a comical video of the pair goofing off ahead of Wilson's acting debut. She captioned, “BUTT what are you doing if you aren’t watching my BFF on the Yellowstone premiere?!”
