We have a fresh video premiere today from the one and only Max Jackson. Her new single, Fixin’ Things, was released earlier this month, and the music video is set to land later this week.

In the video, Jackson and friends are magnetic in her honky tonk number, where she admits: “I’m really good at fixin’ things without really fixin’ anything.” She’s in a car repairs facility and messes with a 4WD car, delivering undeniably charismatic energy throughout. Singing with smiles and her own flair, the Fixin’ Things video is fun and replay-ready. The only problem is that it’s too short.

The music video was created by Eyes And Ears Creative, with production on the track by Rod McCormack and mastering by Jeff McCormack.

You can watch the music video for Fixin’ Things below.

Jackson said about her new single in a statement, “Imagine a late-night honky-tonk full of people partying their problems away. Fixin’ Things is fun, high-energy and sure to get you moving with its tongue in cheek, quirky lyric, it’ll get you laughing too.”

“I wrote Fixin’ Things with Jay Knowles when I went to CMA Fest in Nashville in 2023. My goal was to bottle up the vibe of the honky-tonks down on Broadway, bursting at the seams with people dancing and partying to country music.

“I think so many people will relate to this one about putting your problems in the ‘I’ll fix it later’ pile and just getting on with life. After all, you’ve some good friends you can count on & there’s always a bar downtown waiting for you to dance all your problems away, am I right?”

Jackson ended 2023 with the release of her single Little More Country, which ended up at #1 on the Countrytown National Airplay Charts for two consecutive weeks. In addition to that success, Little More Country went on to be played on Garth Brooks’ radio station, The Big 615. You can watch her reaction to that moment here.

In November, Jackson was named an ambassador for the 52nd Tamworth Country Music Festival, which just passed last month. The achievement followed other milestones she experienced last year, including signing with ABC Music and teaming up with Stephen White Management
