Another exciting week in country music is reflected in the Hot 50 Australian country music chart! Cass Hopetoun jumps to the #1 position with her single Typical Bride, climbing from #4 last week.

Taylor Swift very quickly lost her position at the top, as Cass Hopetoun jumps to the #1 position, with Swift's track cardigan dropping to #4. Another significant jump this week comes from HARDY's track One Beer featuring Lauren Alaina and Devin Dawson, going from #9 all the way up to #2.

New appearances on the chart this week include Darlinghurst's new one Gotta Go Rodeo, premiered on CountryTown, which has debuted in the top 10 at #10. Christie Lamb's new single Old Country Soul came in at #31 in it s first week. Heaven Down Here by Mickey Guyton debuted at #33. Dan + Shay's first week on the chart with I Should Probably Go To Bed landed them the #42 position. And Aussie, Benny Allen came in at #49 with Lady Luck & Me.

2020 debutantes Hinterland have been making a massive impact on Australian country music this year. Their debut single In the Hinterland rose to #8 on the Australian country airplay chart. Their latest single Turbulence isn't experience any of its namesake, debuting on the chart at #24.
