Burning House singer-songwriter, Cam took to Instagram to reveal that both she and her three-year-old daughter, Lucy, recently tested positive with COVID-19.

Cam wrote, "We got COVID. Had ALL the symptoms - down and out hard for 3 days (not mild at all) and now feels like a cold and fatigue. I was scheduled to get the booster this week but now I'll have to wait another 2 weeks."

She added, “Worst part is watching Lu get sick. She’s had a fever 4 days and has croup now (covid affects everyone differently). Made a trip to the doctor and she’s looking better.”

Jason Isbell, Zac Brown Band, Dan + Shay and Brett Eldredge are among the latest international country artists forced to reschedule multiple shows after they and/or a member of their team fell ill with the virus.

Back in November, Dan + Shay announced, "We will sadly have to cancel the upcoming dates in Orlando and Atlanta ... Thanks to the folks who were planning to attend the shows this week for understanding, we've been looking forward to them (for literally 2 years now lol), but promise we'll make it up to you in a big way soon."

On the home front, Adam Brand recently revealed his own battle with COVID-19, which led to him cancelling his appearance at the Tamworth Country Music Festival before it was postponed (we have yet to hear if he’ll attend in April). In the lengthy post to Facebook, the Still The One singer also revealed he is expecting his second child with partner, Nui.

He wrote, “We have been tested positive with covid and are now quarantining at home. Where it gets really concerning for us is that Nui is pregnant, and I need to stay home and be close to my girls during this time … so far, the symptoms are mild, and she is strong … Myself, on the other hand, am experiencing some adverse complications due to a pre-existing auto immune system condition. In view of all these complications we need to lay low for an extended time which will sadly take us out of Tamworth this year … Thank you for all your continued love and support and we will see you on the other side of this.”

The family have since recovered and are doing well.
