1. The McClymonts – Wrapped Up Good

It’s hard to go passed this banger from The McClymonts to start our journey. The title track from their 2010 album of the same name, the record went gold and this is one of the girls’ best known tracks. The album debuted on the ARIA Chart at #2 and was the band’s first #1 country album.

2. The McClymonts – Save Yourself

Going back to where it all started, Save Yourself was the biggest single from the band’s major label debut ‘Chaos & Bright Lights’. The album went gold and put the band on the map for the very first time.

3. Brooke McClymont – I Can’t Wait

Before she became Australia’s Queen of Country, Brooke McClymont had a short-lived pop career, releasing a couple of tracks that hit the lower reaches of the ARIA Charts. ‘I Can’t Wait’ was one of her best, but you can hear the country song lurking behind the pop production that she would embrace a few years later.

4. Brooke McClymont & Adam Eckersley – Train Wreck

Brooke and her long-time hubby Adam Eckersley got together in 2018 for an album together. A real country winner, the first single ‘Train Wreck’ is a must-hear in Brooke’s catalogue. The album ‘Adam & Brooke’ debuted at #16 in the ARIA Charts.

5. The McClymonts – Looking for Perfect

We’ll round out the five with The McClymonts’ latest single from January 2021, ‘Looking For Perfect’. Taken from their ‘Mayhem To Madness’ album which was their fifth straight ARIA country #1, the song shows a softer side to the band.
