Aussies Rule the Country Hot 50

4 September 2020 | 10:29 am | Staff Writer

The Aussie tussle at the top continues this week on the Country Hot 50 Chart as Brad Cox takes the crown from The McClymonts, nabbing the #1 postition again with 'Drinking Season'. It's Australia 1-2-3 with Cass Hopetoun also holding in the three this week.

Elsewhere on the chart it's been a big one for new releases, with this week's highest international debut coming from Raelynn's 'Me About Me' as well as tracks from O'Shea, Hayley Jensen, NeillyRich, Keith Urban, Chris Stapelton and many more making their first appearances.

The week's biggest movements come from Adam Brand, shooting up 21 places with 'Just A Love Song' and Tim McGraw making a dash upwards with 'Here On Earth'. Heading in the other direction, this week saw some falls from Southbound, The Buckleys and Travis Collins as their former top ten hits make way for new ones.
